we can close our eyes for things that i don't want to see it .... but we can't close our heart a sense I don'tt want to feel it.

    المقادير:

    خس خيار طماطم
    رغيف خبز محمص يقطع قطعا صغيرة
    4 ملاعق كبيرة جبن بارميزان مبشور
    دجاج محمر ومتبل مع شويه سماق او أنشوجة تقطع شرائح
    مقدار من الصلصة الفرنسية


    الطريقة:

    - يغسل الخس جيدا أو يخرط ويخلط مع الخبز المحمص ، تضاف اليه شرائح الأنشوجةاو قطع الدجاج المحمر وتصب الصلصة الفرنسية فوق السلاطة وتقلب المقادير جيدا.
    - توضع السلاطة فى طبق التقديم ويضاف الجبن البارميزان بشكل منسق فوق السلاطة.
    يمكن اضافه ماسترده وشويه مايونيز وتقدم
